Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing, and maintaining records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
- Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workplace environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting and tax duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in office software and computerized systems for efficient task management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $39,000.00 per year
